Other than yourself please bring a bottle of water and you might like to bring a blanket to wrap around your shoulders. We recommend that you dress in comfortable, casual clothes and layers are always a good option.
These particular meditations are held in a seated position on a chair, unless you want to spend the time in a lotus position in which case we recommend bringing a cushion! Meditation whilst laying down does tend to send one off to sleep so we always recommend meditating in an upright, seated position.
No not at all. The classes are suitable for beginners and those with experience.
No, our meditation classes are not dependent on any religion and are suitable for anyone regardless of their beliefs.
